Returns Policy
The customer has the right to cancel their order within seven days of receipt of goods. To cancel an order please e-mail us at enquiries@myshreddies.com or phone us on 01509 610610 stating that you would like to cancel your order.A full refund will be given after an order has been received or on receipt of returned goods if an order has been dispatched (excluding delivery costs).
