Winners of the ACA Look Good Feel Good Award 2009
The ACA are the Association of Continence Advice. Through its strong multi-professional membership, its local branches, national and regional conferences and study days, the ACA are an asset to companies within the continence sector.
Promocon provides a national service to improve the lives of people with bladder and bowel problems by offering product information, advice and practical solutions to both professionals and the general public.
The aim of the joint ACA/Promocon award is to spotlight products, which are pleasing in appearance and satisfactory in performance, and to encourage manufacturers to give attention to the appeal factor at the design stage of new products.

The judging panel comprises of representatives from The Bladder and Bowel Foundation, The Continence and Skin Technology Group, Association for Continence Advice (ACA) and Promocon.
Judges are asked to consider the following when selecting or making products:
- Do they look easy to use?
- Are they discreet to use?
- Are they secure to use?
- Would they encourage the user to feel socially confident?
- Are they pleasing in appearance?
- Do they perform well?
- Are they innovative?
When Shreddies won the award, the judges commented on the innovative design of our product:
