You can find a useful size guide on every Shreddies garment shop page, just below the item description. This guide is specific to each product.

If you haven’t tried our garments before, we would recommend to try at least 2 different sizes to ensure you find the best fit. Please refer to the product page for any guidance on how the garment should fit.

Please note, our sizing differs to other underwear brands as we have the carbon panel aspect which can reduce the amount of stretch in the area it is sewn.

To ensure that your Shreddies remain effective, please follow the washcare instructions shown on the item’s label. This information is also available on every shop page.

Do not use conditioner or bleach. Using any brand of detergent will cause the carbon to stop working from the first wash.

Wash only with soda crystals (available at most supermarkets). Use a large scoop (110ml-210ml) of crystals in each wash. If soda crystals cannot be located please use baking soda. Please note that items can shrink by up to 4% after the first wash.

Always ensure that all moisture has been removed from the carbon cloth before being worn.

UK domestic parcels have the option to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or by DHL Express U.K.

International orders are sent via DHL with all customs charges and taxes paid, to the majority of countries. See a full list of charges by location on our Delivery & Returns page.

Shreddies sends international orders to the majority of countries with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). For these countries, the delivery price you pay includes all the import charges and taxes so you will not be asked for any further payment from the courier or customs to receive your parcel.

There are a number of countries that, unfortunately, we cannot cover the import charges for. Orders to these countries will be sent as Delivered at Place (DAP) and you may receive additional import charges from customs. Shreddies sends orders DAP to the following countries.

Returns are valid within 30 days of purchase providing the items haven’t been worn or washed and are still in the original packaging.

Yes, we can make bespoke underwear for children. We know how hard it can be for families with children who suffer from malodorous flatulence as a result of gastro-intestinal illness, so please do contact us at enquiries@myshreddies.com for more information on how we can help.

Shreddies is a colloquial term for underwear originating in the British Forces and is well known throughout the Commonwealth. During long repeated marches and drills the underwear fibers would break down and 'shred' leaving them unusable.

Airport security scanners are unable to see through Shreddies carbon cloth and so wearing our garments when checking in is likely to cause you some hassle.

You are able to store your Shreddies in your hand luggage when going through airport security. Once cleared, you are then able to put your Shreddies on ready for your flight.

A confirmation of order email automatically gets sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If you haven’t received one, please ensure that you entered the correct email address and have checked your spam/junk folder as the emails can sometimes land in there.

We don’t recommend exercising whilst wearing any Shreddies products for a couple of reasons.
The carbon cloth doesn’t offer any stretch, so any exercise whilst wearing them puts a risk on causing damage to the carbon panel. It also doesn’t work when it is wet/holding moisture or sweat.
